Pork - Half Hog

This is for the NONrefundable DEPOSIT for half a hog. This will hold your place in the list. The total will be due at pickup. This could be anywhere from $600 to $1000 depending on the hanging weight of the hog. We will deduct your deposit from your final total. 

Price is $6.00/Lb hanging weight. Price is average price, does vary from pig to pig. Deposit is required to reserve pig, must be order at the beginning of the year for end of year pick up.
 Half hogs do not get the option of the heart, or liver(there is only one of these per hoand we think it's only fair this way, if you really want these organs purchase them in the store or order your self a whole hog and split it with some friends/family.

Butcher cost is included in the $6.00/lb price.
