Beef - Half Cow DEPOSIT

This is for the NONrefundable DEPOSIT for half a beef cow. This will hold your place in the list. The total will be due at pickup. This could be anywhere from $1000 to $1500 depending on the hanging weight of the cow. We will deduct your deposit from your final total.

Half Beef -  $5.00/lb hanging weight When you order a Half of beef you will get a variety of vacuum-packed beef that will store nicely throughout the whole year to feed you and your family. An average Half cow will take up about 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space. Half cows do not get the option of the heart, tongue, or liver(there is only one of these per cow and we think it's only fair this way, if you really want these organs purchase them in the store or order your self a whole cow and split it with some friends/family.

Average Take Home Weight = 206lbs

Freezer space needed: Approx. 4-5 cubic feet

Butcher cost is included in the $5.00/lb price.

This means you can enjoy steaks that are regular $15-$20/lb+ retail for less than $8.00/lb along with lovely ground beef and roasts.
